The microbial OMICs database allows the storage and dissemination of NGS-based data (in the future also proteomics, metabolomics, etc.), microbial metadata and processed data (e.g. assembled genomes) generated for research on microbes and microbial communities within the DZIF. Data and metadata are currently available and searchable via a data steward (see contact).
