DZIF Data & Tools-Hub

The DZIF Data & Tools Hub consolidates and presents scientific resources and makes them available to DZIF-associated researchers.

The website is publicly accessible; however, full use (e.g., downloads) requires registration via DZIF-SSO.

New DZIF resources can be submitted via the Recource reporting form.

Search

Search allows you to search the entire Data & Tools Hub and apply filters. Here you will find an overview of available resources, with the option of immediate availability (download) or further information (forwarding or contact).

Studies/ Registers

Under Studies/ Registers you will find resources developed for specific use cases and which are already established, they are stored in the Data & Tools Hub and are intended to show you how we have answered specific topic-related questions. Among them are e.g. analysis tools, work instructions for multi-center studies, sample texts (ethics) or epidemiological APPs.

Databases

The search item Catalogues / Databases will take you to our information resources, such as the DZIF-ZBR (Central Biospecimen Register) as an overview tool for biospecimen collections at the DZIF, Enterobase, a bacteriological genome database or BacDive, a worldwide information collection for bacterial phenotypes. You can directly access the respective services, forms and contact persons here.
