EnteroBase
Description
EnteroBase is a specialised, user-friendly database for the analysis and visualisation of bacterial genome sequences of key pathogens. The platform links genetic profiles with epidemiological data, enabling researchers and public health authorities to accurately trace chains of infection, disease outbreaks and the spread of antibiotic resistance. EnteroBase is being further developed in collaboration with the University of Warwick.
